Together, we can create an environment where kids are seen in their fullness and their potential. We can teach kids critical life skills such as deep financial literacy, communication, problem-solving, how to care for their mental, physical, and emotional well-being, and more.

We’re launching a free after-school program called💰💵 Financial Titans just outside San Juan in Tao Baja, which has some of the most under-resourced and at-risk students in Puerto Rico. 

The program teaches 10th-12th graders deep financial literacy and emotional and mental well-being through hands-on learning experiences.

The program consists of 3 parts:

In Part 1, we show students how to make money. We help them make their first $1,000 by showing them how to go out and find a need, fill a need, get paid for it, and then repeat the process. We teach them communication skills, sales skills, customer service skills, and negotiation skills. 

In Part 2, we teach students all of the money basics, including how money works, AND we help them set up their first checking and savings accounts.

In Part 3, we show them how to spend, save, invest, and protect their money. 

Throughout the program, we help students with their emotional and mental well-being, including showing them simple, proven techniques that they can use anytime and anywhere to regulate their emotions. 

PLUS, each night of the program, we feed our students a healthy, filling meal because many of them experience food insecurity. 

For every $1,000 you donate, you can put a student through this 6-month program and change the trajectory of their life, which will have a profound ripple effect. 

Our goal is to raise at least $100K so we can put at least 100 kids through this life-changing program in 2024.
